For Sobi’s Doptelet campaign, Puppet Island transformed a flat 2D illustration into Platey — a fully realized platelet puppet character built with interchangeable expressions, custom wardrobe changes, and multiple performance options. Designed, fabricated, and puppeteered by Puppet Island, the character helped bring warmth and personality to patient education and outreach for chronic ITP treatment campaigns across North America.
